Belinda Cambre received her law and doctoral degrees from Louisiana State University and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Southern California. Belinda is a licensed attorney in the State of Louisiana. Prior to her return to graduate study, she worked as an elementary school teacher in Los Angeles and Baton Rouge. Her research interests include legal and fiscal policy decisions, especially surrounding accountability and school reform issues.
