Dr. Bole, a native New Orleanian, is a dedicated special educator who has focused on high incidence exceptionalities, including gifted students with disabilities. His experience teaching in public and private schools, in addition to his training and experience as a mental health counselor, provide him the unique requisite skills necessary to conduct his passion for teaching and learning. Dr. Bole’s interests include general and special educator preparation, developmental and educational psychology, twice-exceptionalities, gifted and talented education, emotional/behavioral disabilities, learning disabilities, inclusive education, urban special education and reform, special education research, special education law, educational technology, mountain backpacking and hiking, and snowboarding.
