Interdisciplinary Early Intervention Program: Training Personnel to be Cross-Culturally and Technologically Competent

Description of Project:

The purpose of the Interdisciplinary Early Intervention Program: Preparing Personnel to be Cross-Culturally and Technologically Competent is to support the preparation of highly trained, culturally competent, professionals who can create and facilitate an inclusive early intervention environment.  The program is interdisciplinary, community-based, family-centered, competency-based, and portfolio driven.  Certification and master’s level training is conducted with students in the field of Early Intervention (children from birth to five with disabilities and their families).
